Welcome to Your Way Occupational Therapy

Your Way Occupational Therapy provides mobile community based services primarily in the Adelaide Hills, Murray Mallee, and Fleurieu Peninsula regions of South Australia. Helen Parkyn is the Director and Primary Occupational Therapist.

Helen graduated from the University of South Australia in 1999. Since then, she has worked extensively with people with disabilities of all ages in their homes, schools and local communities. Helen established Your Way Occupational Therapy in 2015 and takes pride in providing honest, flexible and personalised occupational therapy services in her local community.

Helen is a registered provider with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS). Through Your Way Occupational Therapy, Helen has helped many NDIS participants and their families achieve their goals and obtain the services and assistive technology they need to live the life they choose.
